At Q-Series, we take pride in the quality and durability of our holsters. That’s why every holster is backed by a 1-Year Limited Warranty.

If your holster develops a defect in materials or workmanship within one year of the purchase date, we’ll repair or replace it—free of charge.

What’s Covered:

• Manufacturing defects
• Material or workmanship issues

What’s Not Covered:

• Normal wear and tear
• Damage from misuse, modification, or neglect
• Accidental loss

To file a warranty claim, please fill out our contact form and include the following details:

• Full name
• Order number or proof of purchase
• Description of the issue
• Clear photo(s) of the defective item (if possible)
